COMMUNICATION TRAINING METHOD
PRACTICE-BASED COACHING FOR REAL COMMUNICATION GROWTH
Communication is a leadership skill, not just a soft skill
My methodology combines hands-on coaching with a strong focus on individual goals. Each session is practical, reflective, and customized to the time available. We use video recordings, self-assessment, and guided feedback to deepen self-awareness and accelerate growth. Clients are encouraged to bring relevant material and come prepared, so every moment addresses real communication challenges.
COMMUNICATION NEEDS ANALYSIS
Every effective coaching process begins with listening. Before designing your program, I take time to understand your team’s communication needs through a structured analysis. This allows me to create customized programs and packages that align with your goals and challenges. The better I understand your current context, the more effectively I can support your development. This leads to stronger, more sustainable results in your communication.
The needs analysis includes:
- A questionnaire
- A virtual interview
- A periodic review of goals and priorities

Based on this analysis, you’ll receive a personalized proposal outlining the recommended session format and focus areas.
REAL-TIME FEEDBACK
In each session, you receive focused, personalized guidance based on what you want to strengthen. You set the direction. I support you with live observations and adjustments that help you stay present and aligned with your intention. As we work in real time, we identify what’s working, what’s getting in the way, and how small changes can shift the entire message.
This process builds confidence from the inside out. As you become more aware of your patterns and more grounded in your delivery, your presence changes. You begin to feel clearer, more motivated, and more connected to your message. That deeper connection comes through to your audience. When you speak with conviction and clarity, people feel it. And when you’re inspired, you inspire others.

PRACTICE BASED-COACHING
In this coaching method, we focus on real-world practice over abstract theory. You improve by doing, again and again. Whether you’re preparing for a presentation, a conversation, or a leadership moment, each session is designed to get you speaking, trying, adjusting, and trying again. The rhythm is repetitive on purpose. Practice helps ideas sink in and builds the kind of muscle memory that theory alone can’t provide. The goal isn’t perfection. The goal is presence, clarity, and growth.
A key part of this process is watching yourself on video. You record short exercises, sometimes alone, sometimes with me. At first it can feel uncomfortable, but that discomfort becomes part of the learning. With time, you start to see what others see, and more importantly, what you want to project. Through repeated practice and video review, you develop self-awareness, flexibility, and the confidence to communicate with greater intention and impact.
